You, me and the Spanish Civil War
An intimate performance about the consequences of the Spanish Civil War in the second half of the twentieth century. A challenge to the meaning of dignity, freedom and the risks of rebelling against the establishment.
‘Every day free men are put in jail because they dare to believe in a different world. This is the true story of my dad. My dad risked his life to defend his ideas during Franco´s dictatorship. But individuals’ stories won’t fill history books. It is my duty to bring you his voice in order to keep it alive.’ Marina Pallarès-Elias.
